Adacel Professional Services Organization is comprised of personnel with a diverse breadth of education, skills, training, and experience. Our staffs are experts in technical and operational fields within the Air Traffic Management and Control profession. The team designs, develops, tests, integrates, maintains, and supports air traffic management systems and ATC training simulators for customers throughout the world. Our experience covers a variety of projects: from initial development of new systems to the incremental enhancement and maintenance of large existing systems.

System Engineers

Our System Engineers have a solid foundation in the education, practices, processes, and principles that comprise the engineering and science disciplines. Adacel System Engineers have specific, direct experience in the design and development of complex ATC and ATM systems, such as the U.S. ATOP and NAV Portugal OVPFDPS.

Computer Software Engineer

Adacel Computer Software Engineers have extensive knowledge of software design and development. Our Computer Software Engineers are qualified to provide state-of-the-art, real-time automation and simulation software design and development and are also qualified to perform verification and validation of developer software designs. They have experience with leading edge software development tools and technologies as well as mastering many legacy and most recent development languages.

Air Traffic Control Specialists

Adacel Air Traffic Control (ATC) Specialists developed their ATC experience in both civilian and military arena working on real-time operational systems (Tower, ACC, APP and Oceanic). Our Air Traffic Control Specialists participated in the delivery of multiple training ad operational systems worldwide.

Program Manager

Adacel Program Managers follow the PMI program management principles and guidelines including strict cost accounting, project tracking and performance monitoring, schedule controls, status reporting, contract administration, and risk management. Most of our program managers are PMP certified.

Graphics/Modeling Specialist

To support the technical production requirements, the Graphics Specialists are fluent in numerous technical drawing and graphics software packages such as AutoCAD, ArcView, and Corel Draw. The Graphics Specialists are able to produce highly accurate and detailed engineering drawings, airspace maps, technical illustrations, 2D and 3D Models used in the simulation environment. They provide also services in designing and developing web sites.
